High School track you will be meeting in the weight room after school for a workout every day this week. Official practices for HS track begin on Monday, March 9th. All practices will begin in the weight room. Athletes should report there by 3:20 for their workout to begin practice. Weather permitting, we will go outside when we can, so please bring the proper clothes for the weather.
Spring Sports Picture Day will be next Friday, March 13 after school. Stop by the Athletic Office or Main Office for an order form.
Attention Stockaders! Tickets for our musical FROZEN will be available Today and Friday during lunch! Tickets are $10 each!
This week, we are starting an attendance competition, March Madness style! “One Team, One Goal — March to Excellence.” Excellence starts with being together, and that means being in class by 8:00 a.m. Every student on time is a positive for their class percentage. The winning first period will earn a Pizza Party with phones. One team. One goal. Let’s march to excellence—together! Please see the bracket hanging outside of Ms. Braun’s classroom.
Attention all NEW members of NHS and all current members, there will be a short meeting Today during AA, in Mrs. A’s room. You will get information about the induction ceremony. All current members, please be sure to check the Google Classroom and input your volunteer hours by Mar. 13th.
On March 17, juniors who did NOT opt out will be taking the ACT here at Old Fort HS. All students taking the ACT will need to attend a pre-Registration meeting on Tuesday, March 10 during 6th Period AA in the auditorium. Please bring your chromebooks to this meeting! If you are NOT able to attend or have any questions, please talk to Mr. Schmucker as soon as possible!!
The NHS will be hosting the Spring Blood Drive on March 17th. If you are 17 or older and would like to donate blood, please sign up outside of Mrs. As classroom or online.
