Hello Stockaders! Here are a couple reminder prior to the start of the school year:
Immunization Requirements
Students entering Preschool, Kindergarten, 7th Grade, and 12th Grade (Seniors), as well as all New Students and those currently behind on vaccines, must have up-to-date immunizations.
Deadline: By the first day of school.
In-Process Students: If vaccines are currently in progress, we must have official documentation from your healthcare provider or the health department.
Exemptions: Immunization exemption forms are available on our school website to print, or you can email me to request one.
Note: Students without updated records, proof of in-process vaccines, or an official exemption form may be held from attending school.
Birth Certificates Needed: All New Students, Preschoolers, and Kindergarteners must also submit a copy of their birth certificate by the first day of school.
How to Submit: You can email a copy directly to me at chartman@oldfortschools.org or send it to school with your student.
If you have any questions or need an exemption form sent to you, please reach out anytime! Let's get everything squared away for a smooth start to the year!

The 2026–2027 school year is heading this way, and we need your help to ensure a smooth start! The Transportation Department will be utilizing a new routing software program this year, and the information from Final Forms is extremely important.
✅ Please log in to Final Forms and update the Transportation section for each child—even if there are no changes to your transportation needs this section still needs a parent signature every year.
📆 Deadline to update: Friday, July 31, 2026
❗️Any transportation information submitted after July 31 is not guaranteed bussing for the first 10 full days of school.
