Our preschool staff is geared up for a great year after their Parent Meetings tonight. Stop by our new photo backdrop in the elementary library at Open House tomorrow for your own fun photos!
The Kona Ice Truck will be visiting Old Fort Elementary for open house. Part of the proceeds will be donated to the school for our monthly PBIS activities. Once you visit your child's classroom, swing on by and purchases a chilly treat!

Old Fort Elementary Grades K-6 class lists will be posted today, Wednesday, August 17th at 4 pm on our main front doors. You are welcome to check them out then or wait until Open House this Friday. We can't wait to see everyone back for the 2022-2023 school year. Enjoy your last days of summer!
The Bettsville Heritage Room will be open from 3:30-5:30 on Friday during Elementary Open House. The Heritage Room is located in the old band/weight room behind the concession stand.

Started the morning at the Seneca County New Educator breakfast welcoming the best and brightest to Seneca County. Finished up our day back at home with Old Fort’s annual New Staff Orientation. OF welcomes 9 new teachers, administrators, and counselors to the district along with 6 new support staff members. It’s been a busy summer, and we’re looking forward to a great year!
Spending the day with our fantastic elementary staff getting training on our new CKLA curriculum for ELA. Gearing up for a tremendous year with kids!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR 2022/2023 BUS RIDERS
Make sure the Transportation Department has accurate information for our bus riders. The Transportation Information section in "Final Forms" needs to be completed and electronically signed by August 3, 2022. This deadline is for PRESCHOOL THROUGH 12TH GRADE STUDENTS. If this section is not completed with the correct information, your child may not be eligible to ride a bus.
After August 3, 2022, the only additions or changes the Transportation Department will accept will be for New Students. Any alternate addresses or address changes the Transportation Department receives after August 3, 2022, will go into effect two (2) weeks after school starts.
Parents will receive an email with their bus information from "Final Forms" in August a few days before school starts.
