Old Fort boys are NET COLLECTIN' tonight! They take down New Riegel 63-53 in the Sectional Finals. They will take on Calvert at Liberty-Benton HS on March 5th at 6:00 PM in the District Semi-Finals! #GoKaders

NCOESC Tiffin will be hosting The Kid Whisperer on April 17th. He will be presenting for families and caregivers to provide tips on fostering healthy relationships with children, while finding balance in addressing problem behaviors. The event is free for all, and they would love for as many families to take advantage of the opportunity as possible. Those who register in advance will receive a copy of the book that dives deeper into information shared during the event.

Athletics Update! The Spring OHSAA meeting will take place in the HS gym on Monday March 11, 2024 at 6:00 PM. If you have a child that is participating in a spring sport grades 7-12, you are required to attend. You can plan on paying play-to-participate, bringing physicals, and meeting your coaches. The Old Fort LSD's 2024-25 Open Enrollment is now open. One application is required per student and will be accepted March 1st through March 31st, 2024. Dear Old Fort Families, We are so excited to share with you that every Old Fort student will be receiving a pair of Solar Eclipse glasses prior to the Solar Eclipse on Monday, April 8th. These glasses were purchased through a generous donation from the Old Fort Lions Club and Eye Centers of Northwest Ohio. We are very thankful for this donation and offering a wonderful experience for our students. Students will receive the glasses the week prior to the eclipse, so be on the lookout!

Tonight at Old Fort, we will be hosting Div. II district semi-final basketball. The first game at 6:00 is Port Clinton (5) vs. Toledo Central Catholic (6). The second game is Bellevue (2) vs. Lexington (9). This winners of these games will battle it out Saturday at Old Fort, starting at 6:00 PM. These games tonight are under a split-session ruling. If you are planning on attending, please note that tonight Old Fort passes WILL NOT work at the gates. Similar to last night, district and state passes will be the only ones accepted at the gate. Also please note that there is not a "Old Fort Pass List" for the games tonight.

Tournament gameday for our boys basketball team! They will host McComb in a Sectional Semi-Final tonight at 7:00 PM. A few reminders before the game tonight- - Doors WILL NOT open until 6:00 PM. It is cold outside so please plan accordingly. - Tickets can be purchased online at https://www.ohsaa.org/tickets or at the gate. OHSAA Tournament Ticket prices are $8 for Adults and Senior Citizens, $5 for students. - OLD FORT PASSES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED TONIGHT, NOR WILL SBC PASSES. They are excited to create a more personalized yearbook for our elementary school, featuring class photos, event photos, groups/clubs photos, and sports. Reminders from the Old Fort Athletic Department for Sectional Basketball: This Wednesday, Old Fort will host a sectional semi-final between Old Fort and McComb HS for boys basketball. Tip will be set for 7:00 PM. Here are a few reminders to consider before then- - Tickets can be purchased at the gate, or online using this link: https://www.ohsaa.org/tickets - NO OLD FORT ATHLETIC PASSES OR SBC PASSES WILL BE ACCEPTED! The only pass that will be accepted at the gates are NWDAB or State passes. Staff sign-in is not eligible for this game as well. - Doors will not open until 6:00 PM (1 hour before tip) - please plan accordingly if you are arriving early. The doors will NOT open to spectators before 6:00 PM. Same rules will apply for Friday's game barring an Old Fort victory.
