The Sentinel and Vanguard school buses will be delayed 2 hours this morning Friday September 20th they will leave the Old Fort High School at 9:40 a.m.
Old Fort schools will be on a 2-hour delay for Thursday September 19th
Just a reminder - There is a 2-hour delay tomorrow, September 20th for Staff Professional Development. Vanguard & Sentinel students are not included in this delay and will be transported from the high school to their schools at 7:40 am. If a fog delay is issued, an additional message will be sent and those students will be transported after the 2-hour delay.

SENIORS – Monday, August 19th is picture day! Prestige Photo will be in the auditorium for you to come anytime between the hours of 12-5pm. These are your Yearbook headshots so you will need to dress appropriately. Please wear dress shirt/tie or a nice shirt/blouse. The proof will be mailed to your house, no need for an order form. Please feel free to call the high school office if you have questions. Thank you!
Elementary parents- Class list will be posted on the Elementary front doors Friday 8/16 @ 4:00 pm. Also, remember to come meet your teacher and drop off supplies at Elementary Open House 8/19 from 3:30-5:30.

Lifetouch will be set up in the auditorium between the hours of 12-5:45pm for all students to get their school pictures taken. 7th grade will be able to get their pictures taken between 5-5:45pm, with 7th grade orientation beginning promptly at 6pm. I will have Lifetouch order forms available for anyone who does not want to order online. Lifetouch picture retakes for grades 7-11 will be October 1st if you are unable to make it tomorrow. ***Seniors, Prestige will be here August 19th from 12-5 for your picture day. Attention all high school and junior high parents/student-athletes! Join us on Wednesday, July 31 at 7 PM for our Fall Sports Preseason Meeting.
📍 Location: Old Fort HS Main Gym
We’ll begin with a general session, followed by individual team meetings with coaches.
The deadline for completing the Transportation Final Forms is July 31st. Please log onto Final Forms to update or complete the transportation information and sign off on the transportation form. This needs to be completed for all students, regardless of the type of transportation used to get to and from school. Established riders, new bus riders, shuttle bus riders, walkers, and new drivers, please update your information by July 31st!
The installation of the new elementary playground in Bettsville is nearing completion and will soon be ready for its grand opening. We appreciate the generous donations we've received. If you would like to contribute, pledge cards are available on our website or at the BOE office. More information to come regarding the grand opening.
